Fully Customizable Stole

**PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER**

ALLOW FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRODUCTION TIME (EXCLUDING SHIPPING)

This is a fully customizable product starting at $150. The final price will be determined after design approval. The price shown in the listing reflects the non-refundable deposit that is required to begin the design process. Full payment will be required within 5 business days of design approval to avoid cancellation of order/forfeiture of deposit. Each stole order will come with a stole garment bag and hanger.

How It Works:

1. Download the Template: Use our provided stole template to sketch your design. The numbered sections correspond to each customizable area of the stole.

2. Design Your Stole: Use the numbered template to indicate what should appear in each section (e.g., names, logos, or text). Quotes/scriptures are limited to 15 words including quote, author, verse, etc.

3. Submit Your Design: When placing your order, you’ll be asked to provide details about each numbered section of the stole. For example: Section 1: “School of Pharmacy Logo”. Please be as detailed as possible.

4. Upload Your Template: Upload your completed sketched design during checkout.

5. Approve Your Proof: Once we receive your order and design details, we’ll create a digital proof for your approval. You will have a chance to review and request minor edits before production begins. If you approve, full payment is required within 5 business days or your order will be cancelled. Please be advised that your design may be approved or denied.

6. Production Begins: After you approve the proof and full payment is received, we will start crafting your custom stole. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (excludes shipping). Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

*Design Submission: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted designs, including spelling, logos, and placement. We do not modify submitted designs unless explicitly requested.

*Non-Refundable: Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

*Approval Process: Orders will not proceed to production until the client has reviewed and approved the digital proof. Delays in approval may extend production timeline.

*Color Variations: Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes.

*Submission Deadline: Ensure your design is submitted within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid delays in processing.
