  • Add-ons (e.g., glitter trim) must be specified during checkout.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required upfront to process orders.
  • Custom designs require a non-refundable deposit to cover design and material costs.

Production and Turnaround Policy

  • Standard production time is 2 weeks from design approval.
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be pre-approved.

Shipping Policy

  • We ship via USPS or UPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
  • Customers will receive tracking numbers once the order ships.

Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days for replacement.

  • We may use images of completed stoles for marketing unless you opt out.

Bulk Order Policy
