- Customers must approve the final design proof before production begins.
- Add-ons (e.g., glitter trim) must be specified during checkout.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required upfront to process orders.
- Custom designs require a non-refundable deposit to cover design and material costs.
Production and Turnaround Policy
- Standard production time is 2 weeks from design approval.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee and must be pre-approved.
Shipping Policy
- We ship via USPS or UPS, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.
- Customers will receive tracking numbers once the order ships.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Custom items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Defective items must be reported within 7 days for replacement.
Privacy Policy
- Personal information is used only to process orders and will never be shared with third parties.
- We may use images of completed stoles for marketing unless you opt out.
Bulk Order Policy
- Discounts are available for orders of 10+ stoles.
